Dwayne was the first pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he began in the year 2007. Additionally, he is Director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about equipping the next generation of biblical counselors. He is the Board Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous online publications, and also a contributor to Christ-centered biblical counseling: Changing lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie and their three children.
